MyDesignCrate was built to be simple, helpful, and time-saving—for both designers and their supporters. But we know not everyone has time to keep things updated. That’s why we offer two optional services to help you stay organized and focused on what you do best: designing.
? Setup Service - SetupCrate
Getting your existing designs into MyDesignCrate can take time—just like any platform. If you’d rather skip the manual work, we can handle it for you. Once it’s set up, you can take over or move into our Management Service.
Why it helps:
- We audit your back catalog and make sure designs are organized and accessible.
- We research your current platforms and look at supporter feedback to guide how we structure your crate.
- Collections are created to help users find what they need quickly and easily.
Pricing (USD/CAD):
- $2 per design (1–25 designs)
- $1.75 per design (26–50 designs)
- $1.25 per design (51–100 designs)
- $1.10 per design (101+ designs)
Examples:
- 20 designs = $40
- 45 designs = $78.75
- 75 designs = $93.75
- 125 designs = $137.50
Note: In order to link to the appropriate designs, we may need access to your design postings so that we can grab the proper URLs. For Patreon, depending on what package you have, you may be able to add us as a team member; otherwise, a code for us to redeem so we have access may be needed. Same thing goes for the other platforms.
?️ Management Service - CrateCare
If you’d prefer to have us keep your MyDesignCrate up to date, we offer an optional monthly or annual management service. This is perfect for creators posting regularly across multiple platforms.
What’s included:
- Ongoing updates to your design directory in line with your design releases
- Monitoring comments on your main platform to help link users to your directory
- Coming Soon!: Access to our advanced, cookie-less analytics suite (GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant) that shows what’s popular and where users are coming from—without compromising privacy
- Early access to upcoming MyDesignCrate features
- Shortened URL for easier sharing.
Pricing (USD/CAD):
- $12–$29 per month
- or $120–$290 per year
Pricing depends on how often you release new content and how many platforms you’re using (like Thangs, Patreon, etc.).
